You're not handed off to a project manager or a rotating crew. From our first conversation through final install, you're working directly with the person doing the welding — so questions get answered fast, changes get made without a chain of approvals, and the work reflects one set of hands and one standard, start to finish.

I work in both steel and aluminum, and I'll help you figure out which is right for your project. Aluminum won't rust — a real advantage on exterior work exposed to Telluride's snow and moisture year-round — and it's roughly a third the weight of steel, which matters for pieces installed at elevation or in spots with tricky access. It also requires little to no long-term maintenance, so railings, gates, or fixtures keep their finish without repainting or rust treatment down the road. Steel still wins on raw strength for heavy structural work, and I'll walk you through the tradeoff for your specific piece rather than defaulting to one material.
